KEY PROJECTS

* Coached a Director on executing employee retention

   and motivational techniques which resulted in a key
   employee securing a $5 million contract, largest in
   company history

* Created a new process and engaged a new

   background check screening organization which
   resulted in a company savings of $150K a year.

* Oversaw the transition of employees from acquired

   company. Led a team that evaluated current staff of 
   275, proceeded with hiring/terminating process, and
   migrated new employees to payroll.

* Collaborated with a team to create and execute a

   corporate initiative for a new on-boarding process.
   This initiative assisted the organization in significantly
   increasing the retention rate during the first 30 days
   of employment.

* Engaged a group of 40 employees at an

   underperforming location. Educated this group
   regarding a variety of human resources policies and
   procedures resulting in the reduction of the proposed
   turnover rate by 80%.

* Created multiple Performance Improvement Plans.

   This policy provides management and the general
   workforce with a clear and succinct plan of action with
